How it all started

We all type our questions into search engines and get annoyed when they throw up a load of nonsense that has no relation to the question that we asked or the information we are looking for. We then spend hours trawling through endless internet sites trying to find the answers to our questions. It's SO annoying! So here at Ask a, we asked ourselves: what could be changed to improve information services?
